Q: What are your payment methods?
A: We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, there are three shipping methods for international. USPS First class, USPS Int'l Priority, and USPS
Int'l Express. Please go the shipping policy for more details on delivery times and other information.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Most orders will ship right away while others like hand stamped items will take between 2 to 5 days.

Q: Will the letters be perfectly straight for hand stamping items?
A: No, each piece is personally hand stamped so the letters will not be perfectly straight. This add a unique look to your necklace or bracelet and should not be considered a flaw.

Q: Will silver tarnish?
A: Yes, silver will tarnish when in open air. If you are not wearing your jewelry, please keep it in a ziplock bag. It will prevent tarnishing. Chemicals such as chlorine will destroy the finish on silver and other metals.

Q: Is your jewelry made of sterling silver?
A: The majority of our items are sterling silver. There will be some items listed that are copper, gold filled, and other metals. The description will state what kind of metal it is.

Q: What is your privacy policy?
A: Jet Silver Beads respects your privacy and will not sell, share, or trade your personal information with anyone. Your information is collected if we need to call or email regarding your order.

Q: Do you collect sales tax?
A: Yes, only in Texas.

Q: Do you do wholesale?
A: Yes! We will need a copy of your Texas Sales and Use permit and form 01-339 before we can turn on your wholesale account.

Q: How do you checkout with PayPal?
A: After you login in into your account, select the item(s) you want to purchase, the screen will go to your shopping cart. You will see a button that says " Checkout with PayPal" under "Checkout Now." Please click "Checkout with PayPal." The screen will change to a PayPal screen. Put your PayPal login and password in. Double check the address and total amount, if it is correct, please click the continue button. The screen will change back to your shopping cart, this is where you select the shipping method, and click "Select shipping method." Review your order once more, and click "Place order." Then the screen will say "PayPal payment received." You can print a receipt of your order also.
